Independent e-commerce consultancy

Someone who thinks along with you. And critically watches over you.

When an independent perspective helps

You don't have to know everything to make the right decisions.

E-commerce touches on technology, marketing, data, and commerce simultaneously. It is precisely at the intersection of these disciplines that expensive assumptions, unclear responsibilities, and work that is difficult to evaluate arise.

A proposal is hard to assess

You receive a quote, roadmap, or retainer but lack the technical or commercial context to properly weigh the necessity, price, and priority.

Results remain unclear

Reports show activity, but not convincingly which tasks contribute to revenue, margin, or structural improvement.

A build or migration requires management

For a new Shopify webshop, rebuild, or migration, you want someone on the client side who substantively monitors choices and delivery.

Advertising costs are rising

Revenue may be growing, but it is unclear whether tracking, campaigns, product feeds, and profitability are sufficiently aligned.

No one oversees the big picture

Web developer, marketer, and feed partner each work on their own part, while ownership of the entire customer journey is missing.

Internal knowledge or capacity is lacking

Your team needs an experienced sparring partner who translates complex choices into clear actions and realistic priorities.

What is assessed?

From technology to commerce. Always in cohesion.

The assessment is tailored to your specific issue. No generic checklist, but a focused look at where risk, waste, or growth opportunities lie.

What you receive

No thick report for the drawer. Just clear direction.

The format depends on the assignment, but the outcome must always be usable for decision-making, execution, and monitoring.

Findings in understandable languageWhat is right, what is wrong, and why that is commercially or technically relevant.
Priorities based on impact and urgencyA distinction between what must be done now, what can be done later, and what is not necessary at all.
Risks and dependenciesVisibility into access, data, technology, suppliers, and choices that may limit future growth.
Concrete questions and actionsTools to sharpen proposals, manage suppliers, or make decisions internally.
Control on follow-upWhere agreed upon, a check after execution to see if the work has been completed correctly and fully.
Independent truly means independent

Advice doesn't automatically have to result in new billable work.

Can your current agency or internal team execute the best solution? Fine. Is an adjustment unnecessary, or is it likely to yield too little? That will be stated too. Execution by HNTR Concepts is possible, but is discussed separately and is never a condition for honest advice.

No interest in unnecessary apps, tools, or extra hours
Transparent distinction between fact, risk, and advice
Collaborating alongside your existing agency or specialist
Your commercial interest remains the starting point
Forms of collaboration

From a single critical assessment to structural monitoring.

The intensity follows the risk and the need. This keeps a single question compact, while a larger project receives sufficient substantive direction.

01 / One-off

Frequently asked questions

Clarity before someone starts watching over you.

A consultancy assignment can start small. First, we determine how much research is truly needed to reliably answer your question.

Does HNTR Concepts replace my current agency?

No. As a watchdog, HNTR can work alongside an existing agency, developer, or marketing partner. The goal is better decision-making, clear management, and control over results.

Does my current agency need to know you are reviewing things?

Transparency usually works best, especially with structural guidance. However, a confidential second opinion on a proposal or result can also be performed as a standalone assessment.

Can you also execute the improvements afterwards?

Yes, when appropriate and agreed upon separately. The analysis does not oblige you to anything; execution can also remain with your current partner or internal team.

Is consultancy only for large webshops?

No. The issue just needs to be important enough to justify an independent assessment. Even a compact webshop can save a lot by making the right choice before investing.

How is consultancy calculated?

A defined analysis can be offered at a project price. Flexible or periodic guidance can be done on an hourly or project basis. View the pricing options or request a proposal.

Do you work completely remotely?

Yes. Consultation, access, analysis, and feedback are organized remotely. This allows HNTR Concepts to connect efficiently without unnecessary layers or travel time.

Want to know if your current approach is really correct?

Submit your question, proposal, or webshop. You will first receive an honest estimate of what is needed to properly assess it.
